We, Arise Precision Casting are a leading Investment Casting (lost wax process) manufacturer of servicing clients since 2017, our ultra-modern plant is situated at Gundasara near Rajkot (Gujarat) India. Production capacity of our plant is 950MT / annum. We take up manufacturing of precision investment casting according to drawing, specification, material & quantity detail and sample provided by customer. We provide customized castings to the various industries in varying size (50gms to 45kg) and wide range of materials carbon steel, low carbon steel, austenitic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and many other ferrous metals. Our experienced professionals ensure superior product value, rather than just a low unit cost within time frame.

Accuracy & Design

We produce near net shape components requiring minimum or no further processing. We specialise in fine detail and dimensional accuracy, typically around +/-0.005" per inch of dimension, in castings of up to 45 kg down to just a few grams. Tool design, soluble wax coring or ceramic coring allow us to create complex external and internal shapes.

Wide Alloy Choice & Component Consistency

We can cast the widest variety of alloys in the most commonly used base metals such as steels, stainless steels, nickel, irons and etc. Because cast components are produced from wax patterns made in a single tool, dimensional accuracy remains consistent from part to part, year after year. Where design changes are needed, it is usually possible to modify existing tooling at relatively low cost.
